I started working with Alec to get some guidance with strength training and make sure my form was ok etc. I’d been winging it in the strength area of the gym prior, not really knowing what I was doing and not really gaining any muscle. Since working with Alec I’ve noticed a huge difference!

I started working with Alec after watching him coach other women in the gym with Olympic lifts and was really impressed by his approach. His coaching is clear, supportive, and always focused on helping you push your limits safely. Alec develops programs tailored to challenge you while staying within your abilities and keeps you accountable by tracking your progress. He also provides instructional videos with each exercise making it easier to stay on track and follow the program confidently. Best of all - learning new lifts is 'fun' and I feel so much stronger thanks to Alec's style of training. I highly recommend!
